La Trobe Sales Manager Survey

This is a joint project between NZTRI and La Trobe University, Melbourne. The aim of this survey is to answer the question: "How do sales managers resolve problems with their sales reps - and what are the consequences of different resolution methods?" The study is part of a wider international project aimed at determining how the behaviour and interaction styles of sales managers influence the motivation and feeling of well-being of sales people in the workplace. NZTRI has been involved in the technical aspects of development of a web based survey of NZ sales managers and sales representatives.
