The main goals and objectives of this project are to: increase understanding of the event itself; assess tourist demographics and other visitor characteristics; observe motivational characteristics; analyse the economic impacts of this event on the community; analyse the marketing of the event; provide feedback to the event organisers; establish a database and material for further projects that occur in the Wairarapa region.
