Email: tim.west-newman@aut.ac.nzSince June 2000 I have been involved with the Software Usability Research Laboratory (SURL) and later the User Experience Lab at AUT where I have been engaged in software usability testing and developing logging software and online surveys for this purpose. My main interest is in the field of Human Computer Interaction and groups, with practical applications such as collaborative design and community informatics. Since the beginning of 2002 I have been working for NZTRI as a web designer/programmer and as a researcher.
